 युवा अपनी देश की आज की ताकत।इसी ताकत की बदलौत अपना भारत देश महासत्ता होने के लिये आगे बढ रहा है। मगर ये नामुमकीन है।

भारत देश एक ऐसा देश है की उसकी मॅनपॉवर की मिसाल पुरी दुनिया मे मशहुर है। और अलग अलग रेकॉर्ड अपना युवा बना रहा है। हमारा युवा आज के समय मे बहोत ही सोचने वाला विषय है। और उसें सही तरह से दिशा देना हमारा कर्तव्य है। हमारे देश मे युवावो के लिये कुछ खास कदम नही उठाये जाते।उनके नोकरी ,रोजगार के लिये ठोस कदम नहीं बढा रहे है।

इसलीये हमारा युवा आज डगमगता दिखाई दे रहा है । हमलोग अगर बचपन से हमारे लडको वर ध्यान दे उनकी रुची पर, उनकी जिज्ञासा पर जोर दे तो वह एक अच्छा नागरिक बन शकते है।लेकीन हमारे जॉब से, हमारे बिजनेस से हम इतने व्यस्त है की हम उनपे ध्यान नही दे पा रहे है।बच्चे बोलते है की पिकनिक के लिये पैसा चाहीये,स्कूल मे एक्सट्रा क्लास है घर लेट आऊगा, और प्यारन्ट बिना पुचताच किये उन्हे पैसा दे देते है।
कुछ मातापिता उनके बच्चे के सामने ही धूम्रपान, शराब,सिगारेट पिते है और बच्चे ने पुछ ने के बाद उसें ज्ञान देते है की यह शरबत है,दवाई है इसलीये पी रहा हू,लेकीन तुम मत पिना।अभी यही 31 दिसम्बर की बात है मै देखा की न्यू इयर पार्टी के लिये कुछ लंडकिया घर से आई थी कुर्ता सलवार पहनकर और उनके फ्रेंड के घर आने के बाद सब ने ड्रेस निकाल कर शॉर्ट स्कर्ट पहन लिये और न्यू इयर पार्टी मनाने के बाद लेट नाईट घर आके फिर से ड्रेस चेंज कर के घर लौट गयी और मातापिता के नजर मे साबित किया के वे कितने सुशील और अज्ञाकारी है।
आज मै देख रहा हू की मुंबई और बाकी के शहर मे युवा ड्रग,घुटका, तमाखु,सिगारेट जैसी नशैली पदार्थ मे बरबाद हो रहे है। खुलेआम स्कुल , कॉलेज के बाहर इन चिजो का सेवन करते दिखाई देते है।स्कुल कॉलेज के सामने या नजदीक ही लॉजिग,बोर्डिंग है।वाईन शॉप, बिअर शॉप, बार है।ये दुकाने तो कोई भी बंद नही कर सकता क्यो की उसके पिछे अलग मसला है लेकीन हम लोग हमारे युवावो रोक सकते और हा ये काम खाली प्यारन्ट का नही है युवावो का भी है ।
अच्छे बुरे,सही गलत की पहचान करे और अपने माँ बाप का नाम रोशन करे यही मेरी आपसे बिनाती है।

ENGLISH TRANSLATION
                                                                                 YOUTH
The youth is the strength of their country today. In return for this strength, India is moving forward to become a superpower. But this is impossible.
India is a country whose example of manpower is famous all over the world. And different records are making their youth. Our youth is a very thought provoking topic today. And it is our duty to guide him in the right direction. In our country, no special steps are taken for the youth. They are not taking concrete steps for their jobs and employment.
That is why our youth today seems to be faltering. We can become a good citizen if we pay attention to our boy's interest, his curiosity from childhood. But with our job, with our business we are so busy that we are not able to pay attention to him. They say they need money for a picnic, there is an extra class in the school, they will come home late, and the parents give them money without asking.
Some parents smoke, drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes in front of their child and after the child asks, they give him the knowledge that it is sherbet, medicine, that is why I am drinking, but you do not drink. I saw that some Landkia had come from home for the New Year party wearing kurta salwar and after their friend came home, they all took off their dresses and put on short skirts and after celebrating the New Year party, they came home late at night and changed their dress again. She returned home and proved in the eyes of her parents how polite and disobedient she is.
Today I see that young people in Mumbai and the rest of the city are being ruined by drugs like drugs, ghutka, tobacco, cigarettes. Openly, the school is seen consuming these things outside the college. The school has a lodging, boarding in front of or near the college. There is a wine shop, beer shop, bar. No one can close these shops because behind it is different. There is a problem but we can stop our youth and yes this work is not only for the parents but also for the youth.
Identify the good and the bad, the right and the wrong and make the name of your parents bright, this is what makes me ask you.
